| Dr. Greiner is a
fourth generation Kansan and attended undergraduate school at Brown
University, majoring in Cultural Anthropology. He completed Medical
School and a Family Practice Residency at the University of Kansas
Kansas City.
He completed a 2-year primary care research fellowship at KU Medical Center that included a Masters in Public Health Degree. His thesis focused on the hsitory of public health in Kansas. He currently teaches a medical student elective course on medicine and society in the progressive era. He conducts funded research on the relationship between social and cultural factors and health in underserved communities. He has a recently expanded family of four and hobbies that include biking, golf, and collecting turn-of-the-century public health books. |
