Clerkship Description
This site offers a unique clinical rotation experience.  We are an outpatient clinic serving Native Americans of all ages.  The four main tribes served are Prairie Band Potawatomie, Kickapoo Nations, Iowa's of Nebraska and Sac and Fox.   Dispensing is done from charts in a SOAP format.  Complete access to patient medical records is available.  We hold DM clinic once a week, dispense from protocol when indicated, and review labs and other patient data when refills are requested.   In addition, we do quarterly DUEs and develop new treatment protocols.

Specific Site Requirements/Information
Clinic hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday.  The clinic is closed on Wednesday afternoons for administrative duties and on all Federal holidays.
