Clerkship Description

The clerkships includes the following activities:

• P & T Committee Participation
• Metabolic Support Services
• Preparation of Student Project
• Adverse Drug Reaction & Drug/Drug Interaction Surveillance
• Cancer Chemotherapy / IV - Admixture Preparation
• Clinical Pharmacy Services in Decentralized Settings
• Clinical Services on the Medical Floor

Specific Site Requirements/Information
The hours of this rotation are normally 8:00am-4:30pm.  However, if the student is working in the IV room, the hours will be 7:00am-3:30pm.

Students are required to wear an ID badge.

Students must park in the employee parking lot.
