Clerkship Description

Prairie View is a non-profit, private, regional behavioral and mental health center.  Prairie View provides inpatient, outpatient and residential services to children, adolescents and adults.

Specific Site Requirements/Information

Extern will work closely with treatment team in direct patient care.  Extern will participate in daily patient and team rounds, respond to drug information requests, complete one project and one case presentation.

Directions to Site:

Prairie View is located 20 miles north of Wichita on I-135.  From the First Street, Broadway Street exit in Newton, proceed east on First Street to Prairie View entrance.  Enter building on north side, middle entrance.
