Site Profile for SIRS Discoverer

This form provides SIRS Mandarin, Inc. with information needed to provide Kansas libraries and schools with the best possible means of accessing the SIRS Discoverer Database from site computers.

Using this form you may also request a username and password for distribution to students, faculty, staff and patrons, allowing them to access the database from home or other remote locations.
